Why is the online shop sold out? 

If all the handkerchiefs are currently sold out in the online shop, you may have missed the most recent Fox Hanx Drop! New Fox Hanx styles are handcrafted with pride and care from start to finish. This takes time, so there are only a limited number available. This ensures excellent quality and original designs. 

Popular styles will sell out quickly. Once a style sells out, that specific style will not be available again until six weeks later for Second Chance Saturday.

 When are new Fox Hanx styles added to the website?

There are two Fox Hanx Drops every week. 

  • Every Friday at 7:30 PM CST.
  • Every Saturday at 12 PM CST. 

Occasionally, there are special Fox Hanx Drops! Updates and details can me found via the Instagram and Facebook page.

Can I be notified the day of a Fox Hanx Drop?

Yes! When you sign up for Drop Alerts, you will receive an email the day of a drop with a preview of the new styles, and another email 15-30 min before the drop officially begins. 

Why wasn't I able to check out successfully once Fox Hanx were added to my cart?

Every Fox Hanx Drop is an opportunity to pick up a Fox Hanx. The handkerchiefs available go live at the same time, and everyone has an equal opportunity to get the one(s) they want. 

During checkout, the Fox Hanx is officially yours when your payment goes through successfully. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details. 

It is suggested to go for one Fox Hanx at a time. 

If you put 2-3 Hanx in your cart and one or more of those styles sell out before your payment goes through, you will be redirected. This does not mean that every style you added to your cart is already sold out; however, it does mean that at least one of them is sold out. 

I understand that it can be frustrating to have an item in your cart and then not be able to successfully check out. The online shop is entirely automated, so unfortunately some one's payment went through before yours. I hope that you try again next week! 

Do you take custom orders for Fox Hanx?

With the exception of custom groomsmen Fox Hanx for a wedding party, no. There is a min order of six Fox Hanx in that instance. Please send us a message via the contact link to inquire about the details. 

 Otherwise, Fox Hanx are made and sold first come first served. 

 Do you ship Fox Hanx worldwide?

Yes, Fox Hanx are sent all over the world. International shipping starts at $13.99. Simply select the appropriate option at checkout.
